this is a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. there is great beach access, and plenty of local attractions to enjoy. my family and i enjoyed our stay. only problem was that we never recieved our deposit after departure, as the contract stipulated. i emailed the owner several times to see if there was a problem, but got no response. anyway, overall this is a nice rental.
