The location was great and the actual apartment had everythign we wanted and expected. The price was also very economical. The actual building was ok. Not the best but not the worst. Jack made everything pretty smooth with the move in. We arrived at 3 am and he met us then. I dont know anyone else that would do that. I def will use his services again. Either this unit or all his other propeties. I give a 5 star fo service
