Puffins Perch Oceanside Oregon (#1798)

Our family, comprising 9 adults and 1 child, were very comfortable in this property. We stayed in Oceanside once before and enjoyed a better view higher up the hill but decided that instant access to the beach from this house made up for the blocked view. The area around Oceanside is wonderful with plenty of beach-combing, kite-flying, exploring, hiking, etc. Lots of opportunities for great food - fresh fruit and vegies at farmer's market in Tillamook, coffee and munchies at Brewin' in the Wine, Tillamook cheese and ice cream, and fish and crabs fresh out of the ocean. (Yes, the food part is important to this family.) The house was clean, well set-up and in good condition with only minor quirks. No cell reception and no wireless internet - we decided to consider that a plus as we were in retreat from routine.
