Palmer House- 700 ft from Private Beach. (#22478)

An amazing and beautiful home. Literally 2 minutes from a private beach, just down a path. Basement is actually bigger than described, with 3 beds and 2 futons. Home is in a good, relatively private area and is a 10 minute drive to a grocery store and other shopping. The owners are trustworthy and nice. The caretakers, who live in the adjacent lot, are also helpful and friendly. I rented this home with friends from the College of the Holy Cross as a way to celebrate our graduation. It worked very well for this use, but I can see how the home could easily work for a large family or several families wanting to spend a week on the Cape.
