Took our 3 boys (ages 12, 12 & 8) along with parents (80 years old) and uncle (78 yrs. old). We had a great time. Beach was only a short walk down quiet street, had to drop parents off but it was close enough to drop them off and park van back in driveway. VERY quiet beach. Boys had a great time when tide was out clamming. House was perfect size for 8 of us. Backyard was private. VERY clean house.
