Love these places. I have stayed at both apts in the last few years. They're comfortable and they have what it takes to make you feel at home, including the hospitality of the caretakers. I'm and Old San Juan expert and I have stayed in many places before, but these are my favorites. I highly recommended them.
Love the store downstairs too, La Boveda.
