Steps from the boardwalk! (#12941)

The property is close to the beach and affordable, but the listing is misleading. We chose it specifically for the deck overlooking the beach, only to find when we arrived that the deck has been torn down, and has been for a long time. It seems unlikely they will get a permit to build it again. We were also promised a working BBQ, which was not the case. The owner was kind enough to reduce the price slightly and provide a charcoal BBQ after we complained. Being warned ahead of time would have been appreciated, as the two most important things for us (deck and BBQ) were missing. The unit has no view of the water, but is a functional, older apartment very close to the beach and broadwalk.
