This was a beautiful house and the price is right. My husband and I claimed the upstairs bedroom and sent the 5 kids downstairs. I was expecting the usual lack of privacy when vacationing with the kids, but was happily surprised, that we had our own space. We did not spend time exploring Greers Ferry, but enjoyed visiting with family in the area. It was a pleasure coming back to this house every evening, and enjoying the view. Every morning I rounded up all willing children and went for a walk. It was a great work out walking up and down the hills, never knowing just how long the walk would take (going a different direction each day). I highly recommend this well cared for house for a large (up to 8) group.
