Luxury Bldg 1 BR Condo in Heart of West Chelsea Ar (#35968)

The location, the space, the sheer gorgeousness of the apartment and the lovely public spaces of the building. I simply can not state how perfect this flat was for our far too brief stay in NYC. Like staying in a suite at a high end hotel but for a fraction of the price (a feeling re-enforced by fact that the building interior was designed by the same architects as the ludicrously overpriced Gansevoort hotel). As well as being gorgeous, the apartment was perfectly secure in what felt like a very safe area of town, excellent transport links and most importantly, a short walk from Billy's bakery for morning cupcakes. And to top it all, the owner was lovely and endlessly accomodating. Perfect!
