We had a family gathering here with 4 families. Our kids age range was from 7 months - 5 yrs old. Their was plenty of room for us all. Certain locations of the property have stunning views. The hot tub was large and great to sit in. Good location of house for our mountain biking and hiking needs. Draw backs, though the house is spacious, the layout is a little oudd and does not take full advantage of views. Rock steps in TV room not ideal for kids. When in the swimming area did not a view. Pool is not heated, but was refreshing on hot days. Overall great place for large groups.
