Spacious, charming and wonderfully located!, October 22, 2009

We stayed here with our six-month-old baby and could not have been happier. The flat is spacious and very bright, and decorated with a tasteful yet funky sensibility. Also surprisingly quiet, given the central location. There is lots of natural light, and even though the flat is on the lower level it doesn't feel that way as the ceilings are high. The kitchen has everything you would need, and the washroom is large and very comfortable, with a washer/dryer on site. As the proprietor mentions on this site, the flat is close to all the tube lines and is within a short walk of many of London's top attractions. We also loved the selection of books on the shelves, the DVD movies and the charming touches (sheep decals on the bedroom wall; the "cheer up, honey pie" sign above the fireplace). The owner, Su, is very warm and a great resource for neighbourhood info. Highly recommended!
