we've recently spent 5 nights at the villa in Kissimmee. It was just perfect! the house was well taken care of, very spacious, every child (15, 12 &8) had his own room. We wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and the game room. The location was great! 10 minutes to Disney main gate and 2 minutes from route 192 where we dined. We definitely recommend the place.
