This house is wonderful!!! I never want to stay anywhere else when I go to St. Augustine. It was so convenient for my husband and daughter who took surfing lessons from PIT Surf Shop at the end of the block. I was able to enjoy watching them while sitting on the porch (and even on the air conditioned living room couch :-). We were able to leave our chairs, towels, etc. on the beach while eating lunch in the house and still be able to watch them. This house is in the best location that I have ever seen!!!!
