A Good apartment / flat in Cairo for rent (#12271)

After an abscence of 40 years, I returned to Cairo for a visit and enjoyed the trip of a lifetime. Cairo is no doubt one of the greatest cities in the world and to be able to enjoy it while living in my own apartment was priceless. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with every home convinience you can think of from a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, bath, shower, satelite TV (lots of English channels including BBC news) you'll need for a very enjoyable stay. The shopping and dining is world class at the "City Stars" mall which is a 10 minute walk away. Going downtown... take the elevator to the ground floor and hail one of the plentiful cabs (you won't have to wait more than 30 seconds) and for a 5 dollar cab fare you can be in the heart of Cairo. Last but not least is Usama, landlord, host, companion, guide and friend. This is an honest decent family man who was ready to address any need or request I had. When I return, I wouldnt think of staying anywhere else.
