Everyone is skepitcal to book anything online. Especially when you don't know what you are getting. Have no reqrets when booking with Simon. What he shows in his website is accurate. We spent a week at Simons 3 bedroom house in July and loved every minute of it. It was like a home away from home.
The house is well maintained, the resort is great from relaxing and if you have any problems, maintenance will be there to fix it.
If you book with Simon, you get great accomodations close to all the major attractions of Orlando at a great cost to you. Disney World is no more than 15 minutes away.
