We stayed in a Dawn to remember. The view and location was GREAT!! It is out of the "main stream" so it is a little more private. As for the condo, it was very clean and nice. Not a lot more than your basic couch and chair. If I could recommend anything, it would be to furnish it with a little more "homey" feeling with pictures, maybe some greenery, and whatnots. The grounds were very nice and well kept.
If you looking for a nice quite vacation, in a great location this is your place!
