The location was wonderful -- just a few blocks from Central Park with easy access to several subway lines. Less than a block away from restaurants of all different types.
The owners were very helpful and flexible. After spending several minutes helping us understand the food and shopping options nearby -- he called us back to give us an address of something he didn't know off the top of his head.
The apartment was clean and comfortable for our group of five -- with the climb to the 3rd floor after a long day being the only challenge.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
