What a wonderful family reunion | Last fall my husband and I decided to do something a little different for Christmas. Our oldest daughter and family moved to Minneapolis and so the grandkids don't get to see each other very often and the sisters don't either. So why not all meet somewhere fun where we would all have time together and each family still have their own space. The twin cabin #35 was perfect. My husband and I, youngest daugher and her family traveled from Idaho and our oldest daughter and family traveled from MN. There was plenty of room for the kids to play on the enclosed porch on the rainy days and we all enjoyed many days at Silver Dollar City. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food which saved lots of $$$:). My sons-in-law were even able to keep up with work on the internet. The owners were available by phone to answer our questions. I think we all hated to leave. We would do it again and hope to someday. Kim |
