Tue Jun 24		our stay at the Hamlet Villa	We had a wonderful time during our stay at this home.It was just as described and we were very pleased. we are a family of 4 plus one dog. Bringing our dog along was important, so this was perfect in that the villa is pet friendly. We had ample space and we were able to make ourselves at home! The only problem we encountered was the jacuzzi was not heated upon arrival (we paid extra to have it heated)&since it was Saturday, we could not have the management company come out to fix it til Monday without incurring a charge. After a phone call Monday morning, they promptly came out to fix it and there were no more issues. That is the ONLY reason I did not give it a 5-star rating. We were close enough to the parks to have a quick drive there, but far enough away to get out of the hustle&bustle of all of the other vacationers! We would definitely stay at this home again during our next Florida vacation. It was a wonderful family vacation for us! Thanks!
