Quaint and Pretty House | We just spent a week in JY and Valerie's house in Montmartre. This was our first time in Paris - I must say the house was our haven for those eight days. Its a lovely house, with beautiful light and atmosphere. The windows look out into a pretty cobblestone street. The main Montmartre square and Sacre Coeur is just a few minutes away. Every day we walked around Montmartre we would find another fascinating and beautiful place. The hill is like a treasure house! The rooms are comfortable and homely, I did'nt once feel like I am not in my own house. The kitchen is well stocked and easy work in. JY and Valerie are exceptionally warm and friendly people. I would recommend this flat to my friends and to anyone else visiting Paris. |
