FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL PLACE!! | We stayed at the Trout Trap Lodge for 4 nights and only wish we could have stayed longer. This cabin is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous decor and every possible amenity you could think of. The kitchen was better stocked than my own kitchen, and a gourmet chef would be pleased with the quality & selection provided. They had 2 large master bedrooms, each with its own porch, and a large bathroom next door. The whirlpool tub was wonderful! Both beds were so comfortable & soft, (once again, more than my own home), and decorated with luxury bedding. They truly thought of everything! My favorite spot was the back porch off the 2nd floor bedroom. My daughter enjoyed the hammock and I thorougly enjoyed lounging in the chair listening to the sound of the river. The covered deck is 2/3 surrounded by trees, overlooking the river. That was just awesome! They even have a fireplace on this bedroom deck!! My family highly recommends Trout Trap Lodge. So peaceful! What a fantastic, wonderful place! |
