Sun Oct 4		good location/good price	We found the place charming as a space for a couple, not so much for two couples. Photos make it look a bit more spacious than it is. There were three of us in the space and it worked. Any more, I'd say no way! Location is really top notch though. Right next to a Metro and along a fashionable walking district (cafes, bars & restaurants) right at your feet. One negative was that there is No hot water though they tell you to just turn on the water heater 30 minutes advance. It really didn't work for us, but maybe they've fixed??? It didnt matter much in heat of Summer, but one should inquire on this if weather is colder. Overall a good experience. I would actually give this 3 1/2 stars if it had let me.
