Perfect Vacation Home | I go to OC every Labor day and have stayed at a different hotel or condo each time. Finding the right rental at a decent price can be a daunting task. For the past few years, I have been looking for a place that I liked enough to return to every year. I can honestly say I FINALLY found it! I have never used this website before, so I was somewhat nervous, but the owners are really nice; they made me feel at ease and the reservation process surprisingly simple. The location is great. Directly across the street is one of the two community pools and tennis court. Walk a little further down the street and you will find a shopping center with grocery store, restaurant, hardware store and more. All you have to do is cross Coastal Highway and you are at one of the more family friendly sections of the beach. There is also a large pond with walking trail and a pier facing the bay. The home itself is gorgeous. Everything is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. It has three bedrooms; the master has its own bathroom with a really large bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining room located to the side. Another cool detail is the two entertaining areas, both have Sofa's, a TV and DVD/VCR. One is more formal while the other is great for kids. There is a driveway and plenty of street parking at the house. If you are lugging a lot of gear to the beach and don’t feel like walking, you can drive across coastal highway and turn down the side street closest to the beach |
