Tue Mar 31		Convient and part of Historic District	Our family gathered at the Oviedo House from several states. There was room for all. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable. A notebook with labeled pictures showed where everything was in the kitchen. The kitchen/living room combination is spacious and comfortable. A favorite place was the rocking chairs on the front porch. We were greeted with fresh flowers, lights on and the gas fireplace lit in one of the bedrooms. I agree with a previous reviewer that it would have been nice to have a full bath upstairs, but we were able to all use the ones that are downstairs. It was a pleasure to be able to relax together, grill a great dinner and walk safely through the whole area. We felt as if we were family guests. I think that is the owner's intention. This is, and was, their family home. It shows in all the conveniences from laundry, fully appointed kitchen and comfortable sitting. We were sorry to leave.
