Fri Jul 10		great	It's a very quiet neighborhood. River was great for swimming with a secluded feeling and very private. Even on Saturday we only saw three groups of tubers. It's a great place if you have small children. The house is very convenient to San Marcos and area attractions and the owners were easy to work with.
