Mon Aug 18		Canadian Family visits Lake Anna	Absolutely gorgeous property! Website does the house justice but not the view and lake setting. View off of back deck is stunning and you have access to a deepwater dock with great swimming. House is equipped with everything including massive DVD collection, cookware, comfy furniture and 2.5 baths. There are a couple of good stores for convenience items only 10 minutes away but advise that you pack lots of food as grocery store is a little bit of a hike. We rented a boat for the week to explore the lake since it was our first time but not necessary. A few tips: 1.Bring flotation devices for kids as there is no walk-in to lake (must jump off dock). 2.Good fishing so bring the gear. 3. The place you pickup the key is different than rental property. 4. Tons of great books, games and DVDs for rainy days. 5. Air hockey and foosball table didn't have puck or ball :( Will definitely consider renting again.
