The Nicest owners! | We booked one of the apartments for new year’s eve time. Making the reservation has been very quick and easy since the owners have been very nice and helpful since the beginning. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation because of an unexpected family problem and, also in this circumstance, the owners have been the nicest people ever. They sent us a full refund of the deposit the day after our communication of annulment. Thank you owners, If we'll make it to come over next time, sure, we’ll ask for one of your apartments!! |
