Kings Park Rental | We had groups of friends visiting from France and they needed a place to stay. This house was large enough to accommodate 8 adults and 3 children under 5 years old. It was great for everyone to have all of the benefits of living at home while being away. There's a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, plates, silverware, and coffee maker - everything you need. There's even television and wireless internet. Our guests were very happy and even commented on how comfortable the beds were. There's also a gas grill available for backyard barbeques. There are only three minor drawbacks: 1) there's only 1 and a half baths, so if you've got a large group, this may impact you, 2) the backyard is very, very small, but there are picnic tables you can use, and 3) there was no cell phone service (I have Verizon), but there is a wall phone you can use for local calls. Bottom line: This is a tremendous value for the money. We highly recommend it! |
