Fab Apartment, Convenient Location and great if you are travelling with Children | The apartment is cute from the street and very nicely decorated inside. It has brand new appliances and a luxury bath. The bedrooms both have cable and comfortable beds. Paloma was very friendly and kindly met us when we arrived very late at night. She showed us how to operate the various appliances and TVs. Paloma also left us a map and directions to local restaurants, shops and other facilities. The apartment is conveniently located in Queens near to JFK (but you can't hear the planes, so don't worry). It is close to several subway stations (within 10 minute walk). If you are from London it's like staying in a flat in Hammersmith and Fulham, where you get the benefit of more space than a central London hotel, but still near to the underground and closer to Heathrow airport (which is handy if you have an early flight). I highly recommend the apartment and intend to stay again in the future. |
