Autumn in Maine | This was a lovely house to stay in-very nicely appointed, owners were very accomodating and the location was great for traveling around the midcoast area. Highlights of our trip were Acadia National Park, the Farnsworth Museum [Rockland] and we loved the towns of Searsport, Rockport and Camden. All were a reasonable driving distance from the house. We would recommend this place for anyone interested in a place that is close to nature but also offers the flavour of down east Maine, points of historical interest and shopping nearby. |
