Sun May 11		Good Value	Well located, very nice duplex recently refurbished. Interior design is modern and somewhat sterile but very comfortable. Small private pool is a big plus. Owner very easy to deal with. Why we did not rate a 5: no access to garage which is important to keep heat out of car and location on golf course means early morning (6:00 am) lawn mowing everyday right outside bedroom window.
