great place, great landlord and staff | the unit was clean,with quality fixtures and furnishings.the landlord and staff at were very cooperative. the unit is just south of 5th st. so you are close to the action without the noise.checkout Smith and Wollensky for sunset while the ocean liners cruise by so close you can almost touch them. |
