Fabulous Cabin, Relaxing Vacation | We loved Bittersweet Lodge. The log construction is wonderful and the furnishings lovely and comfortable. Patrice added a lot of nice touches, like hand soap in the bathrooms and bottled water in the frig. The location is perfect for riding the Allegrippis Trails, but is equally great for the marina on 7 Points Road. And it is only a short drive into Huntingdon for dining. But the gas grill is so convenient that we bought groceries and cooked dinner instead! And the flat screen TV was perfect for watching DVDs at night, after a relaxing swing on the porch swing. The only thing bitter about this place is having to leave. |
