Stars Galore | Sweet cabin in a very scenic location. It is so remote that it would have been tough getting there w/o a GPS. Fairly close to GSmokie Mnt NP and even better hiking near Fontana Damn. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Ran out of TP and would have liked to have teflon pans for cooking and the shower was OK but could have been hotter. Jacuzzi was used often and very secluded at night with wonderful star gazing. Fall foliage would be an excellent time for another visit. The owners were very nice ..... they called when we were late and even offered to let us stay a few hours after check out because of icy roads. OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE and FIRST TIME IN THE SMOKIES. It was way too short. D&J |
