A beautiful week | The house was great - a wall of windows faced Casco Bay. Even though we had only one sunny day it was great to be on the water. Very comfortable living space. The ferry service to Portland was good and we went to the mainland a couple of times, but we mostly enjoyed just "being". The owners were very helpful with information about the island - and the islanders were very friendly. We cooked fresh lobster from the local lobster pound for two of our evening meals - fantastic. One of my best vacations ever. Thank you to the Hebbs. |
