Beautiful Home in Great Location | Gorgeous, new house; very clean, even garage is clean! Lots of room to spread out with 6 kids (ages 3-10) and 4 adults. Kids loved the bunk beds, air hockey and book selection. AC worked fine; shower water pressure good. Handicap accessible bath and bedroom on 1st floor a real plus for us. Kitchen roomy & well stocked; plenty of linens and towels. Great location for almost all activities in area. Route 209 has everything you could need for shopping or supplies. Outdoor pool and play area were very close by, clean and fun. Lifeguard on duty and some pool toys available at site. Lots to do in the area with kids --hiking (they loved the 3 levels up the backyard mountain), go-karts, archery, paintball, river rafting (age 4 and up), flea markets, snake farm, historic working farm, Land of Make Believe amusement park (up to age 12), fishing in rec area off River Road (kids don't need PA fishing permit) and in private lake nearby we found on tourist map(about 20 minutes from house--no PA fishing permit needed even for adults; house has 3 fishing poles--had Trout for dinner-awesome). Overall great time. Kids want to live there forever! Hope we can return again next year! |
