Active location near central beach | Affordable condo location with very nice landscaping. Pools, smaller, but very clean, property well-maintained with nice outdoor grills. Property is security patrolled. Found front desk personnel very friendly. Place to rinse off rental car as well. Watch local beaches (end of road of Gold coast, snorkel stolen off beach...more homeless vagrants in Kihei than in the early 90. Central park has wonderful skate park, roller skating and surfing lessons approximately 1/2 mile away. Surf Shack on corner and MWR easy to work with on multiple lessons. Word of Mouth rentals will make reasonable offers and cars look local (i.e. less breakins) |
