Tue Dec 11		Very spacious and conveniently located	We enjoyed our stay at the Oviedo house. It is only a few blocks away from the Old Town. The house is spacious, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has a nice, large kitchen that opens to the living area. There is a large laundry room in the back, two bedrooms with full baths are located on the first floor. There is also a library/family room and a powder room downstairs. A large bedroom with one full and two twin beds is located upstairs. It would be even better if there was an additional full bath available upstairs,next to the large bedroom. These nighttime trips down the stairs to the bathroom were a bit inconvenient. Also, the house smells a bit musty. Otherwise it is nice and clean and we would definitely come back and refer others to stay there.
