Another Fan | I agree with everyone else that this condo is all it is cracked up to be. The owner is easy to deal with and the association is well-run. The huge window wall leading to the large balcony is a plus. If forced to think of a negative, I would mention the proximity to the south bridge of Siesta Key, which makes for heavy traffic during peak vacation times. This is not really a problem, however, because drivers tend to extra politeness on the island, so you can squeeze in where you need to. |
