Great relaxation home | Beautiful new pool home in a quiet relaxing area. New home smell with a gorgeous view of the canal. The pool with mandatory solar blanket kept the pool in the low 80's in February! Fish and get some sun off the sea wall. The house has the basic ammenities and the split bedroom floorplan was nice especially in our case as we were 2 couples. The owner was available by phone and was most accomadating and concerned that our stay was enjoyable. He even asked our opinion as what else he could add/include for future renters to make them more confortable. I would have no reservation in recommending and/or returning to this great spot. The only drawback that was not a problem in our case was that you need to have a car as this home is not in a concentrated shopping area but close to Fort Myers, Sanabel, Pine Island etc. |
