Cute and Economical | My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old and 3 year old. Very reasonably priced. Owner has great communication and is trustworthy and honest with deposit. It is a very small unit, but there are 2 bathrooms. Ocean Block, but about 2 blocks worth of walking due to Brigantine's dunes. Cannot see ocean from balcony, but the pool is a nice little extra. Outdoor shower is not enclosed and only runs cold water. Excellent free parking. 2 flights of stairs to walk. Private and quiet. Cable is basic/limited. Fixtures, appliances, and decor are dated, but abundantly furnished. There are 2 A.C. units which made for comfortable living! Master bathroom is a shower stall only. If money's tight, you cannot go wrong with this property as beach tags and chairs are included, too. The locals are very nice, especially the beach shops! My kids enjoyed their boogie boards. And, Aunt B's Ice Cream is very close by and extra yummy! We also ate at an Italian restaurant, BYOB, further down, a few doors away from a liquor shop which carried very reasonably priced bottles of wine. This was our first time in Brigantine. Would recommend it to others! Bring a Deluxe Wonder Wheeler and your bikes, too. Thank you, Frank! |
