Swimming with 'Walter' in Sebec Lake | My husband, granddaughters, and I, had a great time at this camp. I wish I had a net to catch the big fish swimming with me out by the buoy! The cottage was comfortable. The essentials were provided. Plenty of beds so we all had our own. The lack of drinking water from the faucet was a surprise, but one makes do. I loved the morning lake views and the evening calmness of the lake. Our first morning there, a lone loon went paddling by with an occasional call. So cool! I would have preferred to spend more time at the lake, but the vacation was mixed with other family obligations, so we couldn't just hang at the lake all day. I think all would enjoy staying at this cottage. Thank you to the Macombers and Joe, for a wonderful opportunity to live by a lake for a week. |
