Beautiful Home/Great Time | One of the best northwoods getaways we have had! House is more beautiful than advertised. Total craftsmanship right down to the tree bark on the back of the stairs. Deer were coming right up to the kitchen window. Fishing was superb. Interconnecting lakes made for stress free tubing with the kids. Boat rental near by (we rented a pontoon for two days). Waterski show was 2 minutes away by boat. We covered the whole chain of lakes in one week dining at Pine Isle and Jakes (great burgers). The wife enjoyed a spa day right across Deer Lake. Oversized deck made for great views of the sunset. We absolutely loved our stay on Deer Lake and hope to return again next year! |
