Great Location - Pet friendly | House was well-appointed and quite comfortable. I'm a native Floridian and was looking for a destination that still had the local vibe to it, without all of the huge condos and such -- Flagler Beach met all of my expectations. Kayaking was fun (we rented Kayaks), walks on the beach great, and the view from the house and upstairs bedroom was awesome. We were able to observe the Right Whales at play, and gorgeous sunrises. This was distant enough to be quiet and relaxed, but close enough to Daytona, St. Augustine, etc., for sight-seeing or movies, if we wished. Very much appreciated that the wireless internet worked so well, as we were combining work with pleasure during this month, and it would have been bad news if it had been amiss. Nice spot for people wanting to relax -- would be great for families or additional couples, as the layout is very spacious, with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. |
