Tue Mar 25		Great Destination	We really enjoyed Lake Havasu City. The weather was beautiful and the people friendly. When the natural beauty, outdoor activities and night life are combined, it makes for a great spring break destination. The house is very nice, especially for a large group. We had 14 people for a week and it wasn't too cramped. We had to use a few air mattresses, but all in all a pretty spacious house. Not sure it would take many more than 14 though... The owner is a pretty helpful guy, but only after you push him a bit. We struggled with some things being broken when we got there. Once we let him know, he worked pretty hard to get it all fixed. We found ourselves wishing he would have done his job before we arrived. Overall a very nice home. I suppose the negatives we saw were because the house was kind of trashed by spring breakers from the previous week. During a different time of year probably an awesome stay. All in all, I do recommend this property, especially for a larger group.
