Tranquility Lodging | This lodge was nestled on the mountain by a gorgeous tree that was over 200 years old. There were deer all around the cabin. The kids built a snowman right on the deck, a fort from dead limbs around the property and we went sledding on the property and across the street on a tall hill. We had all we needed right there but it wasn't far from the ski slopes. It was quiet to sleep. We were 2 families with 10 of us and there was plenty of room. One of the best things was that the ones who takes care of the property made us feel like home, she even came to show us how to make snow ice cream and he brought over an awesome sled for us to use.. It was truly a tranquil experience. I give it a 5 star rating. |
