The privilege of the private beach | What an adventure my boy friend and I had at this oceanfront condo! Compared with public beaches we have seen, this private beach was so nice, clean, and uncrowded.We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Usually, there were fewer than 10 people within eye sight. It is well worth the rent we paid for the privilege of enjoying this private beach that is only steps away from the condo. We built a sand castle on the first day, walked along the fine sandy beach, and fell asleep while sunbathing on the beach. We gathered some drift wood, built a fire, and BBQed the fish we just caught in the ocean. With the fire in front of us and the sunset in the background, the meal tasted more delicious than any fine restaurant cuisine we have ever tried. For dessert, we toasted some marshmallows. My only complaint is that firewood for the fireplace was not provided but we found some later at the onsite convenience store. |
