Jillian (Stevie) was wonderful | The accommodations suited our needs perfectly for a large group (10 total). The cabin was secluded for privacy, but close to Nashville for shows, shopping, etc. Unfortunately, our father fell in the cabin the day before we left and was in emergency most of the night. Since our return home, he has had to undergo surgery for multiple fractures in his lower spine and is now recuperating. He has graduated from a walker to a cane and has started gaining weight again (he lost 30 pounds during his ordeal). Dad is 94 years old, so you can see our concern. Stevie felt very badly about the incident and was genuinely concerned about Dad's welfare. I would feel very comfortable renting from her again in the future. |
