Awesome mountain experience! | You feel right at home with all the amenities right there. Deer everywhere to observe. Enjoyed just sitting on the porch and listening to the rain and country smells. Having a fire in the evening was very relaxing to say the least. Found a great breakfast place downtown Ellijay not 15 minutes away. Great homemade biscuits and grits! Horseback riding 27 minutes away up in Ft Mtn for only $30. Rode in the clouds! Lake Carter near. Scenic train ride close too. Next time Helen for a visit. I'd do it again We just hated to leave. I recommend it for a quiet retreat! Bring a good book if your not into seeing the sights because the house feels like home! |
