Great location | We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. Had a minor problem with the reservation which was corrected immediately by Spence. The issues we had were very minor - no alarm clocks in the bedrooms, missing bed linens, small coffee mugs. The customer service staff responded very promptly to all requests. Also had some problems with internet access (which is provided by an outside service provider). We couldn't get through to their tech support, which was very frustrating. After 2 hours of trying to get through to tech support, I called the front desk. I was given the cell phone number of a technician, and he responded very quickly to us and corrected the problem. Overall, it is a great location and we will definitely return on our next trip. |
